The field of this carpet of dark navy blue background consists of
five full gyols (medallions) with zigzag edges and one partial gyol. One
quarter of the gyols on each side of the field are woven in conjunction
with the guard stripes.
Four-petal flowers and leaves are seen inside the
medallions of the field. The vacant parts of the field
are filledwithroses, leaves, andotherplant elements.
Barely-visible buds in the field draw the attention as
well.
Rhomb-form geometric elements located among the medallions
enrich the general composition of the carpet.
Narrow borders are decorated with flower and leaf elements.
The carpet was woven using handmade threads of high quality,
colored with natural dyes.
