One large and two partial gyols (medallion) with contrasting colors
are woven all along the field of the kilim. Botanical flowers, buds, and
other classic elements similar to a bouquet of flowers are woven inside
the central gyol. One quarter of the ornaments woven in the central gyol
are repeated in partial gyols.
Partial gyols on a navy blue background located on the edges of the
field are woven jointly within the niches. The ornaments of the gyol in
the center are used in these gyols in a similar way.
The vacant parts of the field are filled with
stylized flowers.
The pink-background border of the kilim is decorated with classical
elements called kilimgyulyu (kilim flower). By consecutively changing
the color of these elements, the carpet weaver created a contrasting,
vivid, and fluid harmony of colors.
The kilim was woven using handmade threads of high quality,
colored with natural dyes.
