In the upper section of the carpet inside the blue background border, the date 1322 AH appears. The carpet was woven on the
basis of a Karabakh composition. This carpet was designed with traditional compositional harmony. The composition of the car-
pet contains a simple middle field and a rich border area. The edges of the middle red background field consist of motifs with an
arrow sign designed in white and red. The motifs that stretch along the length and width of the carpet produce a very attractive
and independent vision. The main white background border of the carpet is designed with small gyols (medallion) specific to
Karabakh carpets. Rhomboid elements divided into four parts and designed with different colors are depicted in the center of
these motifs. Among weavers, these motifs are called mollabashi (chamomile). The empty spaces of the main border are filled
